Flare is an international literary journal founded by a dedicated group of writers, photographers and artists to explore the diversity and complexity of the human experience. 

Our mission is to encourage artists and writers of all backgrounds to express themselves– we strongly believe that that sharing art lifts and connects, regardless of age or location. We hope that our journal is able to empower through the arts.

At Flare, we applaud work that is loud, expressive, and sincere. Submissions are rolling, and we work with every artist to give feedback.
